On Thursday the 29th of June 2023, 2SER FM 107.3 published a piece on the proposed No-Take Aquatic Reserve at Bongin Bongin Bay. It featured an extensive interview with Professor David Booth, a Professor of Marine Ecology in the School of Life Sciences at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). The reporter and producer was Wendy Frew.

We honour their continuing culture and connection to land and sea. We pay our respects to their Elders past and present, and extend that respect and recognition to all First Nations peoples.
