How do we store your data?

ActiveCampaign is heavily focused on GDPR, SOC 2, and HIPAA compliance. Your data is stored at data centres managed by ActiveCampaign located in the US.

We also will store data that relates to our accounting function in Xero. Xero has also completed a SOC 2 Type 2 report. The report covers the trust services principles and criteria for security, availability, and confidentiality. Xero use Amazon Web Services (AWS), a top-tier, third-party data hosting provider with servers located in the US and Australia to host their online and mobile services.

Our Company will keep your personal data for seven years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by deleting it from our accounting system (Xero) and by deleting it from our CRM (ActiveCampaign).

Our Company would like to send you information about events and outcomes that relate to the establishment of Bongin Bongin Bay as a "no-take" Aquatic Reserve. We would also like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like.
